How to book, what to expect, and seasonal tips
1. How do I book a cabin?
Summer: most guests book via Airbnb for short stays.
Winter/mid-term: many traveling nurses and professionals book 1–3 month stays via Furnished Finders.
Prefer to book direct or have special needs? Contact us and we’ll confirm availability and custom rates.
2. What are your check-in/out times and policies?
Standard check-in: after 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Need a different time? Ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate based on bookings.
Cancellation policy varies by booking channel; always confirm at time of reservation. For direct bookings we’ll send you clear terms.
3. Do you offer monthly rates or long-term stays?
Yes. We regularly host 1–3 month stays (especially winter months) through Furnished Finders — great for traveling nurses and seasonal workers. Contact us for availability and discounted monthly pricing.
Cabins & Guest Amenities
Each cabin has a private porch with an electric bbq grill, a table and rocking chairs. The interiors are beautifully designed with the rustic, western feel. The Lone wolf cabin is our smallest and most economical with a kitchenette, queen sized log bed, couch and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics for cooking your own meals. The other 3 cabins are one bedroom with king sized beds. Each cabin has a living room with fireplace and large tv. Kitchen is fulled equipped. Each have utilities rooms with full laundry and custom bathrooms.
4. What’s included in the cabins?
Each cabin is private and comfortably furnished for two to four people (details vary by unit). Standard amenities: Wi‑Fi, kitchenette basics, heat/AC (seasonal), linens, and access to the communal fire pit and dog run.
5. Are you dog friendly? Any rules for pets?
Yes — dogs are welcome. The property is dog-fenced, and we have a dedicated dog run. Please disclose pets when booking, clean up after your animal, and follow leash rules in shared areas. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive hair/mess — we’ll tell you at booking.
6. Is there a campfire or communal area?
Yes- a shared fire pit stocked with wood within the cabin area for evenings and gatherings. Fire safety applies.

Practical, secure options for horses and trailers — built for travelers and transport companies.
7) What horse facilities do you offer?
We have 4 separated horse stalls that are 20' X 20'. Each has its own source of water.
8) Can I camp in my horse trailer or RV here?
Yes — we offer dedicated trailer/RV camping spots with water and power hookups near the stalls so owners can sleep in their trailer or rent a cabin. Spots are designed for quick access to your horse and privacy.
